If you have a new website, or you are trying to come up with great new keywords for the site that you already have, you may find that it is more difficult than you originally thought. Here are some tips for coming up with great keyword terms.

Brainstorm

As with all classic brainstorming techniques, you will want to have writing tools available. You will think of your product or what your site is about. Come up with any and all terms and phrases that have anything to do with your product or service. Write down anything and everything that comes to mind. Don’t worry if it seems a little “out there.” Eventually you will break this down. After coming up with as many ideas as you can, you will go on to the next step.

Reverse Search

You can do a reverse search to find out the amount of searches per month each keyword phrase has. There are a ton of different reverse search engines out there, and one of the best is Google’s. Though this search is technically for ad words, it is a great tool that many SEO professionals use on a regular basis.

Check Your Competition

Seeing what your competition is using for search terms can be very beneficial. Though some find it unethical to take search terms specifically from their competition, others find it a great tool for ideas. This can be helpful in the brainstorming phase of finding keywords.

The better your keywords, the more likely you are to get the right traffic. Spending some time on your keywords can help your site significantly.

I know from experience that it can take a while to get back in shape after having a baby. A lot of women don’t seem to understand that they’re not going to fit into their pre-pregnancy clothes right after leaving the hospital. That’s probably because we see so many celebrities that seem to drop their pregnancy weight immediately. For most of us, though, it’s not that easy.

Dropping pounds is one of the hardest things for new moms. Most women will lose 20 or so pounds just from the weight of the baby and the placenta. If you’re going to burn fat, then you’ll have to start exercising more and watching your diet.

That doesn’t mean that you need to start some crazy routine, though. Give yourself awhile to ease back into your body. You’ve gone through a lot of change, and you should feel comfortable taking your time. Start by getting 30 to 40 minutes of aerobic exercise a day. That might sound like a lot, but it’s much easier than you think. If you don’t feel up to intense exercise, then just take a long walk once a day. That will help your body get back in shape by toning muscle and burning calories. Soon you’ll find that you can tolerate more energetic exercises.

In addition to eating right and exercising, you can lose weight by breastfeeding. Your body will burn about 500 calories a day producing milk. As your little one gets chunky, you’ll start to lose weight so you can fit into your Dereon jeans once again.

The amount of fat that you carry isn’t the only reason that you can still look pregnancy even after giving birth. It can take weeks for your uterus to shrink back to its usual size. After all, it’s been holding a baby for nine months. It’s going to take a little time!
